Let’s eat our way through NYC with Foodie CiCi Li.  Can’t get enough of the fabulous food in New York City? You are not alone! Food Paradise, the ultimate guide to NYC’s finest restaurants and attractions, is back for a second season on New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV).  This time, host CiCi Li takes matters into her own hands and embarks on a solo quest to uncover the best of what NYC has to offer. Food Paradise: CiCi’s NYC Diary documents a series of culinary and cultural adventures ranging from giving out tickets at Katz’s Delicatessen to swing dancing at the Lincoln Center Midsummer night swing party.

Food Paradise: CiCi’s NYC Diary deviates significantly from its predecessor by emphasizing less on traditional Chinese influences and more on CiCi’s unique perspective as both a New Yorker and a third culture kid. Born and raised in Beijing, China, CiCi also lived in Southeast Asia and California before moving to NYC.  The first season combined CiCi’s tour of several NYC restaurants with cooking demonstrations from renowned TV personality Yu Xin and award-winning chef Mike Chen. Together, they offered a glimpse of local establishments and also introduced viewers to Chinese cooking and Chinese history.

Food Paradise: CiCi’s NYC Diary will focus exclusively on expanding the audience’s knowledge of food and culture by visiting a wide range of local offerings including restaurants, parks, and shopping hotspots.
